Regular 1-to-1 meetings between owners/managers and staff are vital to the success of your respective roles within the pharmacy. PCCA Vice President of Public Affairs, Communications, Education and Human Resources Lizzie Harbin geared this presentation to pharmacy owners. Now, this presentation will focus on employees as well and how you can have impactful meetings to share issues and have great discussions with your supervisor.
