Starting at 20 years of age, men and women start experiencing a decline in body performance and function every single year. It is not surprising that by 50 years of age, many men and women suffer from sexual dysfunction, decreased energy, increased fat deposition, decreased muscle mass, depression, osteoporosis and increased bone injury. Many of these signs and symptoms are also actually due to a decline in hormones within the body.
Join renowned urologist, Mohit Khera, as he discusses how replacing these hormones, such as testosterone, can significantly improve many of these symptoms associated with aging. He will explain how an emphasis should also be placed on the four pillars of health which include diet, exercise, sleep, and stress reduction to help improve natural hormone and testosterone levels.
